Junior Graphic/Web Designer (Temp)
We have a temporary junior design position open starting between September 16-20. We need someone for approximately 6-8 weeks to work from our Chantilly, VA office. The pay will be $10-$20/hour and will be based on experience.
You will be designing print and PDF brochures, business cards and other marketing collateral. Modifying existing website designs and creating some new designs based upon designs by our creative director. For example, take the homepage design our creative director has created and use that look and feel to create the subpage design.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
2-5 years of web design and print experience required
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS6
Portfolio required
Knowledge of user interface design, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Be able to execute a design aesthetic that fits within the established corporate brand
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
