RFP Consideration:
RFPs are not always a preferred method for providing a quotation or starting a business relationship. (We prefer, for example, direct contact and insightful discussions.) Additionally many vendors of your choice may not respond to RFPs.
ImageWorks, however, understands that many business and organizations use the RFP process as a way to get to know and consider several top firms, and we welcome such opportunities.
Before you submit your RFP, please note some of our considerations in responding to your RFP
- We will bid on RFPs that are based on merit/quality of the services provided, and not lowest price bids.
- We will also bid on RFPs where there is a short list of pre-researched quality firms bidding the project, no more than 5 total.
- If we decide to bid on your RFP, we will contact your company and notify you of our intentions.
