Clients using both online and offline media have expressed a need to make adjustments to media that lives and breathes in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

While many of our projects are quoted as a fixed cost there are times when you need minor or major revisions, or "touch ups," to be done quickly and affordably. Or you might need technical support for your website. To meet your needs we have created our Technical & Design Packages.

Examples of services included in our Technical & Design packages include:

• Training in Drupal CMS and other web applications such as email software, etc.
• Revising an existing print ad to add a little more "pop" or a new focus
• Animating your website logo
• Re-designing landing pages,m blogs, and sub pages with new "calls to actions", social marketing tools, and 2.0 styles.
• Enhancing new web pages you've created in your CMS that need an artist's touch or extra marketing focus
• Updates to existing collateral
• Refreshing your home page design to "stay with the times"
• Giving a tired PPT an updated look to impress customers
• Updating your FLASH media with new effects Custom editing an image to fit into its "environment"
• Technical support for "bugs", errors and issues that occur all around the internet on a daily basis
• Web development, hosting or application issues

When you purchase one our support packages, you're able to quickly request a new service using the hours available in your package. Packages are available in the rates/hours shown below and once purchased your hours never expire. (But will adjust to current rates after 12 months) We require a 50% payment to secure the package rate and the balance is billed upon usage above and beyond the initial payment.

Terms of Technical Support

1. Technical & Design/Discounted Bulk Hours- While our websites are built with a CMS for easy self-editing, most clients have the need for advanced updates and technical support throughout the year. Additionally graphic design for online and offline media is also needed to further enhance your brand image and attract customers. With this is mind we have the following discounted packages:
   • Hourly support @ $150 per hour (2 hour minimum)
   • Package of 24 hours @ $135 per hour)
   • Package of 60 hours @ $128 per hour)
   • Package of 120 hours @ $120 per hour)
   • Packages do not expire and rate is locked.
2. If the support issue is determined by our team to be a programming or other such error caused by ImageWorks, you will not be billed for this service.
3. If the support issue is determined by our team to be caused by improper use of the Content Management System or improper handling of the website code NOT caused by our team, your company will be billed for all time related to investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of this issue.
4. If the cause of the issue is unknown, your company will be billed for all time related to the investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of the issue.
5. Due to the total time needed for task management, the minimum billable time for any task is 1 hour. After the initial hour, time is billed in 30 min increments. Your project manger’s time is automatically figured into all projects as 20% of total time. (Industry standard)
6. ImageWorks strongly recommends that all clients maintain a support package in order to receive our lowest rates on the support and maintenance that you will likely need on an ongoing basis.
7. Our a la carte rate is $150 per hour. Package rates can be much lower and are encouraged.
