Discovery & Strategic Planning  

Our discovery process starts with our initial meeting and the allocation for two additional meetings/conferences. In these meetings we take the time to get to know your business, industry, culture and we work together to plan and finalize a strategy using our Marketing & Branding Brief. (Submitted online by our customers)  The second meeting can be used as needed for  any other points of clarification, concerns, marketing discussions, etc. The last meetings is usually reserved for post launch analysis of the site and its performance based on actual customer behavior. This way we can adjust and make updates to maximize your site's performance.  Here are some key points we cover:

Project Management 

  • IWS assigns a Brand Manager to coordinate all media and tasks described within this contract to manage vendors and team members on your behalf.
  • You will also have access to a customized interactive and secure web-based project management portal created that is managed for your account.
  • We estimate the total time needed to manage all of your projects and include it in our pricing. This way if it takes longer it’s on our dime, not yours!

Custom Email Template 

We will design a custom email template that matches your brand identity based on many of the templates we have designed and tested. We will then code the approved template into HTML and test in Microsoft Outlook and other email platforms.

PDF Brochure 

PDF brochures have become standard tools in B2B, B2C and B2G marketing. As a “soft” conversion goal, it is one of the first things prospects will gravitate toward. A well-designed PDF brochure gives an overview of your key services and benefits, and allows the prospect to print it out, take it on the run, forward it to their boss or just have something tangible to read. We believe this is a must-have medium. Our standard PDF brochure design includes up to 8 pages, designed from client-provided content. Any necessary image discovery and image purchases are billed separately.

Optimize Home Page for SEO 

The ability to be easily found on major search engines can determine the fate of your website. Our team of search engine optimization experts will work with you to optimize your homepage and Meta data AND teach you some of the tools you need to get you found, including how to choose the best keywords! We will work with you for up to 3 hours, focusing on up to 10 keywords.

Google Analytics and Click Tracking Set Up 

We will install GA with 4 conversion goals and link it up to the appropriate webmaster tools and Google AdWords modules so you can track everything!

Set Up of up to 100 Keywords in Google AdWords.  

We will set up your Google AdWords campaigns, write all your Ads for you, and set your bid strategy. Management is 20% of Ad spend, if desired.

Website Hosting 

We will host your business website design on our specialty CMS hosting platforms and perform all security updates for you.
