Package Overview
Discovery, Strategic Marketing and Planning
We’re not ready to design anything until we first have a full understanding of your business, market, and have planned an online strategy to impress and engage your customers/members. Our discovery meeting takes place either in-person or via an online meeting. The process starts by filling out our interactive creative brief form. We use what is learned during discovery discussions to review, tweak and perfect the creative brief. This continues during the website build and after release so we can stay involved and make changes based on actual customer behavior. Here are some key points we cover:
- Company and industry information and overview
- Homepage and subpage goals
- Site architecture planning & design
- Engagement/conversion plan
- Review of analytics and conversion goals
- On-going marketing and online sales consulting
Initial meeting is in-person or online. 10 hours of total time is alloted in this package. All other meetings are online or billable at $175 per hour. All hourly fees include a project manager.
- IWS assigns a Brand Manager to coordinate all media and tasks described within this contract to manage vendors and team members on your behalf.
- You will also have access to a customized interactive and secure web-based project management portal created that is managed for your account.
- We estimate the total time needed to manage all of your projects and include it in our pricing. This way if it takes longer it’s on our dime, not yours!

- 5 hours of image search, creation/illustration and photo manipulation
- HTML coding and/or Drupal or WordPress CMS integration and testing. (5 pages)
We will design a custom email template that matches your brand identity based on many of the templates we have designed and tested. We will then code the approved template into HTML and test in Microsoft Outlook and other email platforms.This includes one hour of training to show you how to use the style and templates place and host images, and manage your contact lists. (Note: If you are using an email system we are not familiar with, you may be charged for an additional hour of our time).
PDF brochures have become standard tools in B2B, B2C and B2G marketing. As a “soft” conversion goal, it is one of the first things prospects will gravitate toward. A well-designed PDF brochure gives an overview of your key services and benefits, and allows the prospect to print it out, take it on the run, forward it to their boss or just have something tangible to read. We believe this is a must-have medium. Our standard PDF brochure design includes up to 8 pages, designed from client-provided content. Any necessary image discovery and image purchases are billed separately.
The ability to be easily found on major search engines can determine the fate of your website. Our team of search engine optimization experts will work with you to optimize your homepage and Meta data AND teach you some of the tools you need to get you found, including how to choose the best keywords! We will work with you for up to 3 hours, focusing on up to 10 keywords.
