CMS (Content Management Systems)
CMS allows any registered user to log in and make changes and updates to their web site through an easy-to-use module, similar to editing a WORD doc. This requires about 1-2 hours of initial training, and then subsequent changes can be made in seconds, whenever you need them and as often as you please for a fixed cost.
CMS systems range in cost from a few thousand dollars to well over six figures for enterprise level CMS. ImageWorks however, uses a CMS containing various technologies and years of updates to allow an inexpensive, yet powerful and easy-to-use solution for small and large companies alike.
Pricing - Cost for CMS is $3,500 for setup, coding, implementation and (up to) 2 hours of training in a single session. Additional support is $155 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum.
Annual Web Maintenance Programs - These programs offer huge savings versus expensive hourly programs, and allow you to know exactly what you are spending! Here are the basic requirements of our programs:
- Changes are limited to text and image changes from a single submitted WORD document that includes all needed information.
- Images can be provided separately as long as their titles are clearly labeled in the WORD document with directions for page location.
- Changes to buttons and categories should be provided in bullet points showing new order and titles. Some buttons that use FLASH or rollover graphics will incur additional charges.
- Changes to web structure, navigation or functionality may incur additional charges depending on the request’s complexity.
Submittals:
Submittals of more than 300 words (or 3 pages at 1024 resolution) will incur a $75 charge per 150 additional words. ImageWorks reserves the right to return any submittal for clarification or formatting to promote efficient and accurate updating.
Pricing - Programs start from $299 a month for Lite Updating, to $699 for updates twice a week or more. Annual Web Maintenance is ideal for companies that have regularly scheduled updates, such as monthly press releases or bi-weekly updates.
