Boomerang Home Listings System

This application is designed to match the Builder/Broker/Realtor’s brand—without any ads, offerings, or other distractions—in a user-friendly format to maximize exposure of the Realtor’s listings to interested prospects. The end result is a customizable, fully interactive presentation of each listing.

Most applications use the same cookie-cutter approach to home listings. Home listings usually display the listing agent, which in most cases, as you know, is not the buyer’s agent. The look and feel of the Web site is bland. There is a lack of customized fields that allow the Realtor to aesthetically enhance the home buyer’s experience.

The Boomerang Way

Boomerang allows prospects to use a custom-designed form to search for properties. The results extracted from the MLS can be changed per your request and displayed in the Boomerang system for your prospects to view. To preview properties, clients will now contact you instead of the listing agent, increasing your sales potential.

Pricing

Home Listing System

The home listing system allows all data field graphics, including header and footer, to be personalized to maximize your brand’s impact.

The five phases of costs for this system are as follows:

1. Design and customization ($500–$2,500)—You can create your own fields, make any customization you would like, or simply choose a color and have the header and footer designed. The costs are based on your exact needs and the time it will take to complete. All work is done by ImageWorks Studio, an award-winning design and marketing firm.
2. Implementation into your Web site, testing ($300)
3. Web-based training ($250 flat fee)—One session where you will be trained on how to use the system.
4. Monthly hosting ($64 monthly, billed quarterly)—Your site and images will be hosted on our secure Raid Class server.
5. Support ($99 for the first 30 minutes and $35 per each additional 15-minute segment. Or you can purchase a support package for 10 support cases, with no time limit, for $995)—We do not build any support into the initial pricing. All support is billed separately. If a support issue is deemed to be a malfunction of the system, there will be no charge.

Boomerang MLS Search System

The MLS Search System requires custom-designed forms to match your brand or Web site for both quick and detailed searches, monthly access to MLS searching, and initial implementation to and testing of your site. Here are the cost outlines:

• Design and customization ($300–$2,500)—You can create your own fields, make any customizations you like, or simply choose a color and have the header and footer designed. The costs are based on your exact needs and the time it will take to complete. All work is done by ImageWorks Studio, an award-winning design and marketing firm. If you purchase our listing Web-ware your will receive a package discount.
• Implementation into your Web site, testing ($300)
• Monthly MLS access via our system ($49 per month)
