E-mail Support and Troubleshooting
Support is included. If the problem is the result of a hardware or a software malfunction, that is clearly our fault. Ninety percent or more of all e-mail problems are local configuration issues or bugs and/or viruses. We can help you with all support issues. However, please understand they are fee-based services and are billable.
